How long does it take to receive my resin piece?

Our current processing time is 5-6 months. This time frame can vary depending on current orders, as well as the size, shape, and details of your order. Last-minute bookings may have a longer processing time. You will receive updates via email along the way, and you are always welcome to reach out.

When should I book my preservation order?

We highly recommend booking at least 2 months in advance or simultaneously when booking your other vendors. Advance booking ensures availability, efficient drop-off, and prioritizing floral freshness. This is crucial for ensuring availability and prompt collection for preservation.

How will my flowers change?

As flowers dry, they naturally lose vibrancy and undergo changes in color. For example, pink roses often darken, sometimes taking on purplish hues, while white flowers may shift to cream, beige, or yellow tones. Red and purple flowers typically deepen to a dark burgundy, and brightly colored flowers may fade. These changes are a normal part of the drying process and can still be quite beautiful.

You may notice “bruising” or spots on the petals once they are in resin. This is normal and can occur from handling before and on the day of your event. Orchids dry beautifully but may appear translucent in resin due to their thin structure. If your bouquet includes Dahlias or Mums, please note that these delicate petals may not be suitable for preservation. Certain types of flowers do not dry well or at all, including succulents, hypericum berries, and anthurium. We do not offer color correction, as we believe in the natural drying process. Shipping

If your wedding is local to St. Augustine, FL we will coordinate the pick-up/drop-off of your flowers, ideally day of or 1-2 days after your event to ensure their freshness. Once your piece is completed, we will ship it to you. Alternatively, if you are local, you may choose to pick it up in person.

We understand that your preserved flowers are more than just a package; they represent precious memories you want to keep safe. While we do our best to ensure your package arrives securely, Forever Blooms cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during shipping.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make sure you know our policy regarding cancellations and refunds. Cancellations made more than 30 days from your date are entitled to a full refund. However, please note that after this date, your purchase is non-refundable. We take pride in the quality of our handmade resin pieces, and due to the nature of the process, we do not accept refunds. All sales are final.
